Job Requirements:
1. 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in program/project management.
2. Robust knowledge of DevOps/SRE practices, CI/CD pipelines, Agile frameworks, and budget oversight.
3. Proven track record managing large transformation programs in enterprise settings.
4. Certifications in PMP/PgMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum highly preferred.
