We are looking for an experienced Head of DevOps to lead our DevOps and cloud engineering function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps automation, along with proven experience leading engineering teams.

The role involves building and managing scalable cloud infrastructure, driving automation and operational excellence, and ensuring secure, reliable, and highly available software deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure Engineering teams.
- Define and execute the organization's DevOps and cloud infrastructure strategy.
- Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and more reliable software delivery.
- Drive automation across development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Lead containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation.
- Establish best practices around cloud security, infrastructure reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging,



alerting, disaster recovery, and incident management processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams to improve deployment and operational processes.
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices and integrate security into CI/CD and infrastructure workflows.
- Establish engineering standards, operational KPIs, and best practices for DevOps maturity.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering and quality standards, including ISO 26262, where applicable.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve the organization's DevOps ecosystem.

Required Skills &

- Experience:
- Strong experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, and Automation.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring DevOps / Cloud engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools and practices.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Ansible and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience implementing automated deployment and release management processes.
- Solid knowledge of DevSecOps, monitoring, logging, and incident management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in environments requiring adherence to ISO 26262 or similar engineering standards is preferred.
