Role Description The DevOps Engineer role at Jyuni is a full-time remote position focused on building, maintaining, and improving the platform’s cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code, managing and monitoring production environments, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of services.

The DevOps Engineer will collaborate closely with software engineers to optimize continuous integration and deployment workflows, streamline release processes, and troubleshoot system performance issues.



This role also involves performing system administration tasks, handling Linux-based servers, improving observability, and contributing to documentation and best practices for operational reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for managing and automating cloud environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development to collaborate with engineering teams and contribute to tooling or pipeline code.
- Candidates should possess skills in Continuous Integration to design, maintain, and improve automated build and deployment pipelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in System Administration and Linux to manage servers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable operations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, as well as security best practices for cloud-native applications, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, effective remote collaboration abilities, and clear written and verbal communication are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
