1. Manage, maintain, and monitor NoSQL database clusters, ensuring SLAs are met.
2. Automate processes for scalability, reliability, and performance in collaboration with engineering teams.
3. Design and implement best practices for database provisioning, tuning, and upgrading.
4. Support product, engineering, and operations teams with cloud migrations and POCs.
Role Responsibilities
1. Lead cost optimization efforts and implement continuous improvements for database tools.
2. Provide guidance and support for backup/recovery/DR solutions.
3. Perform R&D; on recent features and innovative solutions.
4. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure service continuity.
