As a Phone Condition Grader, you will be responsible for using a specialized app provided by the company to assess the condition of phones based on images presented within the application. This position requires attention to detail, quick decision-making abilities, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities: Utilize the provided app to examine images of phones, focusing on all six sides of the device to evaluate its cosmetic condition. Assess the condition of each phone within a few seconds, adhering to predefined guidelines and criteria. Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in grading phone conditions.

Qualifications: Proficiency in using smartphone applications and technology-driven platforms. Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly discern nuances in phone conditions.



Strong time management and organizational skills to meet SLAs and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace. Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Freshers can also apply.
