- Conduct developmental assessments to identify delays and intervention needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's developmental goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based intervention techniques.
- Monitor and document each child's progress and update treatment plans as required.
- Educate and guide parents and caregivers on home-based intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, special educators, and medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare progress reports.
