Desktop Support Engineers install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; provide on-site and remote user support; manage user accounts and permissions; install updates, patches, and applications; maintain security and antivirus systems; document incidents using ticketing tools; and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and user productivity across the organization while adhering to company policies.
