Role Description The Designer will work full time on-site at the Surat location, collaborating closely with internal teams to create and refine visual concepts. Day-to-day tasks include developing design ideas, producing digital and/or print-ready assets, and ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear design solutions, and revising work based on feedback.





The Designer will also prepare files for production, maintain organized design archives, and support cross-functional projects when needed. Consistent communication, adherence to timelines, and attention to detail are essential in this position.

Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Infurnia, Pytha or similar software).

Robust visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

Ability to interpret project requirements and convert them into practical, user-focused design solutions.

Experience creating production-ready files and working with printers or manufacturers is an advantage.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.

Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required;

experience in the local Surat market or related industry is a plus.
