Job DescriptionSnapivite is India's wedding design house, based in Jaipur. We design the entire visual identity of a wedding under one cohesive language — from the animated e-invite that lands on a guest's phone to the sweet box guests take home. Most of our work comes through India's top wedding planners.

NWe're hiring a Design Project Coordinator to keep our design projects on time, on brief, and organized across both Snapivite and our packaging vertical, Aanandam Pack Studio.

NWHAT YOU'LL OWN

nYou're not a designer, not a pure project manager — you're the person who ensures the design team can focus on design while nothing else falls through the cracks.

N- Project tracking — status of every active project, at every stage

N- Client communication for updates, revision requests, and delivery timelines

N- Coordinating between design team and production team on file handoffs

N- Building client-facing presentations and status decks

N- Managing our design project management tool (or setting one up)

N- Weekly status reviews with the Design Lead

N- Ensuring no client is ghosted and no deadline is missed

NWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n- 1-3 years of experience in a design agency, studio, or design-adjacent coordinator role





N- Working knowledge of design tools — Canva-level minimum, ideally with basic Adobe familiarity

N- Robust design sense — you can look at work and say "this feels off" with reasons

N- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

N- Comfortable building client-facing presentations

N- Excellent English communication

N- Comfort with AI tools for productivity (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)

NBONUS POINTS

n- Prior experience in wedding, luxury, print, or packaging industries

N- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana

N- Understanding of print production workflow

n- Salary: ₹20,000-30,000 per month

N- Location: Jaipur (on-site)
