Job Title: Design Manager (ATF)

Job Summary:

- Responsible for overall delivery of the project within the agreed contracted budget, schedule , quality and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for proposal preparation, liaison with Host team for aligning on scope split , estimate effort and milestones of delivery.
- Project planning, project monitoring, project coordination, project risk management, change order management and getting the approval for the effort spent.

Responsibilities:

- Proposal preparations, SLA preparations, liaison with Host DM to get the necessary approvals of budget and PO.
- Plan the assigned project for aligned Quality and Schedule.
- Review and monitor execution of all projects on a continuous basis and take appropriate actions to ensure a healthy project index.
- Ensure that project runs within the agreed budget and schedule through effective project management methods
- Enable effective interdisciplinary coordination for integrated delivery.




- Review the resource plan along with department managers for the signed projects and ensure the projects are adequately staffed with right skill.
- Enable risk identification and risk reviews. Take mitigation steps for the identified risks
- Ensure all the project management processes are followed in line with DES set QMS processes and procedures.
- Ensure the project lessons learnt and best practices are recorded and circulated across all the project team.
- Monthly project progress reporting and collaboration with host to understand the satisfaction index and take necessary action based on the feedback.
- Ensure that the effort spent on defined scope of work gets approved by Host DM.
- Ensure that the invoices are raised in time.
- All responsibilities directed by Manager of Projects.
