Role Description The Designer Sales Specialist (Interior Industry Only) is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their interior design needs, and presenting tailored design concepts and solutions, with a special focus on residential spaces such as kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The specialist will prepare and explain design proposals, material selections, and project estimates, and guide clients through the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.

Daily tasks include coordinating with the design and execution teams, tracking project progress, maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



and ensuring a high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint. The role also includes achieving sales targets, participating in showroom or site visits, and staying updated on interior trends, products, and finishes relevant to the local market. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs, build trust, and deliver a positive experience.

Candidates should possess expertise in Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design to create functional, aesthetically pleasing concepts aligned with client preferences and budgets.

Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to manage leads, present design solutions persuasively, negotiate terms, and close deals in the interior industry.

Candidates should possess basic proficiency in design-related tools or software (e.g., CAD or similar), along with strong attention to detail and visual presentation abilities.

Relevant experience in the interior design industry or residential projects, preferably in a client-facing or sales-focused role, is highly advantageous.

A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
