Role Description This is a full-time, in office Design Engineer role based in Rajkot.

The Design

Engineer will develop and refine designs for electrical distribution panels and related industrial electrical solutions, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements. Daily responsibilities include creating and updating CAD models and drawings, collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams, and supporting product design from concept through to manufacturing. The role involves reviewing specifications,



conducting design calculations, and assisting in testing and commissioning activities to validate performance and safety.

The Design

Engineer will work closely with project, production, and quality teams to optimize designs for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of installation, while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in renewable and industrial electrical applications.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering and Product Design skills for industrial electrical solutions.

Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering expertise and proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.

Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering relevant to panels, transformers, and power systems.

Relevant skills such as knowledge of industry standards (IEC, IS, or equivalent), understanding of manufacturing processes, and basic project documentation abilities are beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline is preferred.

Experience in industrial electrical panel design, renewable energy systems, or similar domains is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are expected.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
