We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and detailed reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and performance tracking using Advanced Excel.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
