Responsible for the design and development of automotive Interior, Exterior, and Plastic Trim components using CATIA V5/V6. The role includes concept development, 3D modeling, Class-A feasibility, attachment design, tooling feasibility, GD&T; implementation, and product release while ensuring manufacturability, quality, cost, and vehicle performance requirements
- Design and develop automotive trim components from concept to production.
- Create robust 3D CAD models and assemblies using CATIA V5/V6.
- Convert styling/Class-A surfaces into manufacturable engineering parts.
- Develop injection-molded plastic components following OEM standards.
- Ensure product compliance with functional, aesthetic, safety, and manufacturing requirements.
- Expertise in CATIA Trims design Engineer for creating 3D Models assemblies and drawings of sheet metal and plastic components.
