NNilkamal Edge is looking for a talented Executive – Design (Healthcare) to join our Design & Development team.

NKey Responsibilities

- Design and develop creative healthcare products using SolidWorks.

- Create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
N
- Perform design calculations, feasibility studies, and material selection.
N
- Apply GD&T;, DFM, and DFA principles to optimize product design and manufacturability.
N
- Support prototype development, product testing, validation, and production handover.
N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to ensure successful product development.
N
- Maintain PLM documentation and process SKU/code creation.
N




- Support product costing, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
N
- Review customer specifications and tender requirements to recommend effective technical solutions.
N

nDesired Candidate Profile

N3–7 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design and Development.

NStrong proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory).

NExperience in preparing manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.

NWorking knowledge of GD&T;, DFM, DFA, and product validation processes.

NExperience in medical furniture, healthcare equipment, modular furniture, office furniture, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
