Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Design Engineer role based in Rajkot, Gujarat.

The Design

Engineer will be responsible for developing and improving agricultural machinery and components, from concept through detailed design and validation. Day-to-day tasks include creating 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software, collaborating with mechanical and electrical teams, and ensuring designs meet functional, safety, and quality standards. The role involves reviewing specifications, performing basic engineering calculations, supporting prototyping and testing, and incorporating feedback from production and field use.

The Design





Engineer will also assist in documentation, BOM preparation, and continuous product improvement to support manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Design Engineering for machinery and components.

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.

Basic understanding of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to agricultural equipment and systems.

Experience or interest in Product Design, including usability, durability, and manufacturability considerations.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a closely related field.

Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work on-site in a workshop/manufacturing workplace.

Experience in agricultural machinery or industrial equipment design is an advantage.
