Position: Electro - Mechanical Design Engineer

Experience: 0.6 -3 years

About Role:

The Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer with 6 months to 3years of experience, you will collaborate closely with Team Leads, Engineering Managers and Project Managers to Design, Develop and Optimize Electro-Mechanical Systems and Components. This role demands significant experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Application, with a robust emphasis on quality, innovation, and efficiency.

:

- Lead and participate in the design and development of complex Electro-Mechanical Systems and Components.
- Create and Review detailed in Engineering Drawings, Schematics, and specifications using CAD software.
- Prepare comprehensive Technical Documentation, including design reports, test plans, and user manuals.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in coordination with Team Leads or Project Managers.

You must have:

- B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience.




- Proficient in Sheet Metal design and proven experience of minimum of 6 months working in Sheet Metal.
- Experience in creating detailed 2D/3D design drawings and specifications.
- Experience in SolidWorks or Inventor (Any one is Mandatory).

Better if you have:

- Experience in Designing Low, Medium Voltage and High Voltage Switchgears/Switchboards.
- Experience in Designing LV/MV Distribution Panels, Hybrid Generators, Recloser Panels, Transformers, Mobile Substation Skids, Metering Panels, Solar Power Distribution Panels.
- Experience in Designing of enclosures, busbars, insulating supports, or electrical components,
- Knowledge of Design & Heat Dissipation, Calculations, Structural and Thermal Analysis.
- Understanding Electrical SLD’s & Three Line Diagram • Knowledge in UL, NEMA, AWS, IEEE, CSA and ANSI
