Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end architectural design and project delivery for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities include conceptual and detailed design, coordination with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The role involves overseeing project documentation, guiding junior team members,



and collaborating closely with interior designers and engineers to achieve integrated, contextually appropriate solutions.

The Senior

Architect will participate in site visits, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings to ensure quality, timelines, and budget alignment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architectural Design, with experience handling complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Passion and dedication towards creating something unique and innovative
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
- Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking of deliverables across design and execution phases.
- Knowledge of Softwares, design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Professional degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and registration with relevant professional bodies, where applicable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage client relationships with clear, effective communication.
- Experience in varied scales and typologies of projects
