Job Title- Deputy Manager- Quality Control MEP (Site based role)

Location- Goa (North Goa)

Working hours- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Working days- Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday working.

NOTE- Require strong MEP installation/execution experience for this profile plus Quality control.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct in office quality inspections for MEP Low Side works for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and Low Voltage works
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards
- Inspect materials delivered to the site for compliance with approved Material Approval Requests (MARs) and technical specifications.
- Assist the planner in implementing sequencing of works and Hand Over &Take; Over of areas
- Implement Quality Control procedures, ITPs. MIRs and work WIRs on site
- Maintain detailed inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records.
- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to address quality-related concerns.
- Participate in client, consultant, and internal quality review meetings.




- Support in preparing monthly quality reports and recommendations for improvement.

Required Education & Skills
- Diploma, B. Tech. or B.E. in Mechanical.
- Min 7 years of experience in construction management and site execution of MEP Low Side Work for fitout projects
- Exposure in working with contracting firms, and project management organizations for a high-end fitout works, from start till completion
- Experience in working for a hotel project will be preferred
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills,
- Eye for detail in MEP installations prior to closure of shafts and ceilings
- Ability to read contractor shop drawings
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
