Responsibilities

1. Responsible for outbound deliveries to customers including return of Optimize operational efficiency to fully meet customer's requirement and achieving KPI set.
2. Co-ordination with TIS for RM shipment dispatches to TII on time.
3. Getting shipping documents Soft copy through mail & Hard copy through courier (like Invoice, COA, COO, Packing list) from TIS.
4. Arranging Vehicle in case of low weight materials.



(As CHA will charge more amount)
5. Close co-ordination with CHA for clearance the RM shipments as soon as reaches chennai port/Airport.
6. Verifying details with trading invoice & physical material once reaches our factory.(Batch No, Qty, Description, ETC).
7. Create customer master in ERP System (Tally) for Raw Materials.
8. Create material master in ERP System (Tally) for Raw Materials.
9. Create Purchase Order in ERP System (Tally) for Raw materials.
10. Co ordination with Customer Service for Road permit/any other requirement or any other clarification.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Qualification: Graduate in Logistics or related discipline

Knowledge & Skills

Computer Knowledge

Meticulous, independent, analytical, valuable team player, self-driven with positive attitude

Resource management skills (both human & equipment) Planning, organizing, and delegation skills

Shipping Knowledge

Experience: 13 to 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or its relevant fields.
