NDrive global business growth by managing key export accounts, expanding international customers, and ensuring seamless execution from order confirmation to payment realization while delivering profitable growth.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end execution of export orders, from confirmation to payment collection.
N
- Manage key international accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
N
- Drive business development by acquiring new importers and expanding market share.
N
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability.
N
- Monitor account P&L;, margins, receivables, claims, and DSO.
N
- Coordinate with supply chain, operations, logistics, and finance teams for seamless execution.
N
- Resolve customer issuesand claims while protecting business margins.
N
- Identify market opportunities through trade data, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
N




- Build long-term relationships with importers across global markets.
N
- Travel internationally as required to strengthen customer relationships and develop new business.
N

nKey Requirements:

N

n
- 4–8 years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, Key Account Management, or Export Operations.
N
- Robust understanding ofexport documentation, Incoterms, international trade, and payment terms (LC, DA, DP, TT).
N
- Proven experience managing global customers and export order execution.
N
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and relationship management skills.
N
- Proficient in Excel anddata analysis for business insights.
N
- Experience in Fruits & Vegetables, Agri Exports, FMCG, or Food Exports is preferred.
N
- Willingness to travel internationally.
