Job DescriptionShri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Pvt. Ltd. (SMFAL) is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Beneficiation Operations to lead beneficiation plant operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure protected, uninterrupted plant performance.

NThe position is with Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited, a subsidiary of Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited.

NWhile Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited is the parent/group company, all recruitment, employment, payroll, and related HR processes for this role will be managed by Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead shift operations to achieve production and quality targets.

- Monitor and optimize beneficiation process parameters for maximum efficiency.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Laboratory, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
N




- Manage manpower planning, contractor deployment, and operational resources.
N
- Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS, and 5S standards while maintaining zero safety incidents.
N
- Analyze operational performance and implement continuous process improvements.

nCandidate Profile

N

n
- Diploma/B.Tech inMetallurgical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
N
- 8–12 years of experience in Iron Ore Beneficiation/Steel Plant Operations, with experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
N
- Strong knowledge of beneficiation processes, production planning, safety systems, and team management.
N
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
