The Depot Implementation & Metrics Analyst is responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of recent depot facilities across South Africa (ZA), the
Middle East (ME), and India (IN), while managing departmental performance metrics and supporting Ford Production System (FPS) design and Requirement to
Operate (RTO) initiatives. A key responsibility of this role is developing and maintaining the standardized depot implementation package, which serves as the foundational framework and reference model for depot rollouts across the International Markets Group (IMG).
The position combines project management, financial analysis, operational analytics, and continuous improvement expertise to support network expansion and operational excellence.
