- Work closely with the Team Lead to evaluate and define the creative and technical approach for assigned shots.
- Review work-in-progress tasks on a daily basis to ensure quality standards are maintained and project deliveries remain on schedule.
- Manage responsibilities with a balance of 70% Production and 30% Artist Mentoring.
- Identify challenges in production and determine the most effective solutions to achieve desired output.
- Ensure all assigned work is delivered within the planned schedule and allocated bid hours.
- Share technical knowledge, workflows, and best practices with team members.
- Mentor and support artists to enhance their technical and creative skill sets.
- Maintain solid coordination with the team to achieve project goals efficiently.

- For the year 2024, employees must have received performance ratings of either 1 - Outstanding , 2 - Exceeding Expectations , or 3 - Meeting Expectations .
- For the year 2025, the average performance rating must be either 1 - Outstanding or 2 - Exceeding Expectations .
- For the year 2026, the average performance rating up to must be either 1 - Outstanding or 2 - Exceeding Expectations .
