- Integrate safety data with SAP and other enterprise platforms
- Collaborate on emerging digital solutions to enhance safety performance

✅ Safety Strategy & Culture Building

- Design impactful safety campaigns and behavioral interventions
- Develop risk-based monthly safety themes
- Drive organization-wide safety awareness and engagement

✅ Leadership & Board Governance

- Partner with leadership and safety committees to shape safety strategy
- Present safety plans, performance updates, and key recommendations
- Track implementation and ensure measurable outcomes





✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Technical teams
- Drive integration of safety requirements into business processes
- Identify and close systemic safety gaps

✅ Field Safety Assurance

- Conduct audits and site validations
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Ensure robust corrective and preventive actions are implemented

Ideal Candidate

✔ Experience in Safety Excellence, EHS, Safety Systems, or Digital Safety Transformation

✔ Robust analytical mindset with expertise in safety performance monitoring

✔ Exposure to digital tools, AI-enabled solutions, SAP integration, and safety governance

✔ Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and senior leadership teams
