We are looking for an experienced Dell, VMware, Linux & Windows Infrastructure Expert to design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dell server technologies, VMware virtualization, Linux (Red Hat/Oracle Linux), and Microsoft Windows Server environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, security, disaster recovery, and seamless integration across the organization's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

VMware Infrastructure

● Design, deploy, configure, and manage VMware virtualization platforms.

● Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter Server, vSphere, vMotion, DRS, SRM, HA, and related technologies.

● Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.

● Optimize virtual machine performance and resource utilization.

● Configure clusters, resource pools, templates, snapshots, and storage policies. Dell Infrastructure

● Install, configure, and maintain Dell PowerEdge servers and supporting hardware.

● Monitor server health using Dell OpenManage and other management tools.

● Perform firmware, BIOS, RAID controller, and hardware updates.

● Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate with OEM support when required.

Linux

Administration

● Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Oracle Linux environments.

● Manage users, permissions, storage, services, packages, and system performance.

● Configure networking, firewalls, SELinux, and system security.

● Perform patch management and system upgrades.

Windows Server

Administration

● Install and administer Microsoft Windows Server environments.

● Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, and Windows services.

● Perform server patching,



security hardening, and performance tuning.

● Support file services, authentication, and enterprise applications.

Infrastructure

Operations

● Configure compute, storage, networking, VLANs, distributed virtual switches, and storage connectivity.

● Perform backup, recovery, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.

● Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and availability.

● Resolve hardware, software, operating system, and virtualization issues.

● Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve escalated incidents. Documentation & Compliance

● Maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and configuration records.

● Ensure compliance with security standards and organizational policies.

● Participate in audits and vulnerability remediation activities. Collaboration

● Work closely with network, database, security, storage, and application teams.

● Support infrastructure projects, deployments, upgrades, and migrations.

● Participate in change management and maintenance activities.

Required

Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● Minimum 7 years of enterprise infrastructure administration experience.

● Strong hands-on experience with:

○ Dell PowerEdge Servers

○ VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere

○ VMware DRS, HA, vMotion, SRM

○ Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

○ Oracle Linux

○ Microsoft Windows Server

● Experience with SAN/NAS storage technologies.

● Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, switches,



DNS, DHCP, and firewall concepts.

● Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

● Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

● Strong communication and documentation abilities.
