Are you passionate about connecting with global manufacturing leaders and generating new business opportunities? At Neilsoft, we're expanding our Europe Sales team and looking for a driven Demand Generation Executive to help accelerate our growth across the Manufacturing and Industrial Plant & Process (IPP) sectors. What You'll Do

✔ Generate qualified business opportunities across the European market.

✔ Engage with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Plant Managers, and Decision Makers.

✔ Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and other sales intelligence platforms.

✔ Execute outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling and Exhibition’s.

✔ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For ✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA (Preferable) Business, or Marketing, 1-3 years of experience in Demand Generation,



Lead Generation, or Business Development.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Experience working with international clients, preferably Europe.

✅ Passion for B2B sales and consultative outreach.

✅ A self-motivated professional with a growth mindset. ? Market: Europe
