We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of insurance solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of insurance solutions for our clients
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met on-time and within budget
- Manage project risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and financials, and ensure that projects are profitable
- Develop and maintain delivery processes and methodologies
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
- 12-15 years of experience in insurance delivery management
- Experience managing large and complex insurance projects
- Robust knowledge of insurance products, processes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing teams of 20+ people
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
