Green Start Management Consultants is hiring for a senior leadership opportunity with one of our prestigious clients in the Quality Engineering & Software Testing domain.

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President / Business Unit Head – Quality Engineering & Testing Services to lead enterprise testing delivery, drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and build a world-class Quality Engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering and Software Testing delivery across multiple enterprise clients.
- Successfully deliver multiple large-scale Quality Assurance and Testing programs.
- Build and manage high-performing QA delivery teams.
- Drive delivery excellence, governance, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs and key client stakeholders.
- Expand existing accounts through client engagement, account mining, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Partner with Sales and Pre-sales teams on solutioning, proposals, and new business opportunities.
- Establish and strengthen Quality Engineering practices and Testing Centers of Excellence (TCoE).
- Drive innovation in Test Automation, AI-led Testing,



Performance Testing, API Testing, DevOps, and Digital Quality Engineering.
- Mentor delivery leaders and develop future leadership talent.

Required Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of IT industry experience.
- Proven experience leading multiple large-scale Quality Assurance and Software Testing delivery projects for enterprise customers.
- Strong background in managing large QA organizations and global delivery teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in client engagement, delivery management, account growth, and business development.
- Experience managing enterprise testing engagements across Functional, Automation, API, Performance, Mobile, Cloud, and Digital Testing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master's Degree is an added advantage.
