Role Overview The Decor Planning Specialist will support The Wedding Company’s decor category by reviewing, structuring, and standardising decor data across aesthetics, inclusions/exclusions, and pricing. This role is critical to building a scalable, tech-led decor planning and costing system. This is a planning and analysis role, suited for candidates with strong exposure to decor production, costing, or vendor-side planning.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Decor Image

Planning & Review ● Analyse decor images across multiple categories (mandaps, stages, centrepieces, ambience, entrances, etc.)

● Tag images for aesthetics, themes,



and use-cases based on internal frameworks ● Identify repeat elements and standardise categorisation 2. Inclusions & Exclusions Validation ● Correct inaccuracies based on real production understanding

● Ensure consistency across similar decor setups and categories 3. Pricing & Costing Corrections ● Validate overall image-level pricing (not vendor negotiation)

● Flag under-priced or over-priced references

● Align prices with category-wise production logic and market benchmark Ideal Candidate Profile ● 2–5 years experience in decor production, decor planning, or vendor-side operations

● Robust understanding of:

○ Decor elements and structures

○ What goes into a setup vs what is optional

○ Cost drivers in wedding decor

● Comfortable working with large image datasets

● Detail-oriented, structured, and patient with repetitive review work

● Able to make judgment calls independently and justify decisions Location Gurugram / Delhi preferred
