You will look for ways to contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, and ensure the timely recovery of outstanding balances.A successful debt collector must be polite, persistent, and highly empathetic. You must possess excellent communication skills and a deep respect for legal guidelines.Key Responsibilities

- Track accounts: Identify and track outstanding debts on overdue accounts daily.
- Contact debtors: Reach out to individuals or companies via phone, email, or mail.
- Negotiate plans: Work out affordable debt repayment structures or settlements.
- Update records: Log all communication history and payment updates accurately in the database.
- Follow laws:



Comply strictly with all regional and national debt collection regulations.
- Investigate leads: Find updated contact details for debtors who have relocated.

Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Collection Officer, Debt Collector, or similar role.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
- Tech skills: Familiarity with CRM software, databases, and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of regional debt collection laws and compliance guidelines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or business is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
