Required Experience and Expertise :

- 7+ years of experience in SAP consulting, SAP product management, SAP data migration, SAP testing, SAP data quality, or SAP transformation programs.
- Robust functional knowledge across major SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM, HCM, and related master and transactional data objects.
- Practical understanding of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration approaches including greenfield implementation, brownfield conversion, and selective data transition.
- Experience with SAP master data and transactional data validation across customers, vendors/business partners, materials, G/L accounts, cost centers, profit centers, purchase orders, sales orders, inventory, assets, open items, and balances.
- Good understanding of SAP data quality challenges such as duplicate business partners, incomplete mandatory fields, inconsistent material attributes, financial reconciliation mismatches, missing target records, and transformation logic defects.
- Ability to define validation and reconciliation requirements across source systems, staging layers, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, data warehouses, reports, and downstream applications.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to convert SAP implementation pain points into scalable product features,



reusable templates, and repeatable solution offerings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with SAP functional consultants, data migration leads, business data owners, CIO/IT leaders, customer stakeholders, and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working on large SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation programs for enterprise customers.
- Exposure to SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP BODS, SAP MDG, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Activate methodology, or similar SAP migration and governance tools.
- Experience in data testing, ETL testing, BI/report validation, automated reconciliation, audit controls, or data observability platforms.
- Experience creating solution collateral, demos, accelerators, product requirement documents, customer-facing presentations, or partner enablement material.
- Domain exposure in manufacturing, retail, CPG, utilities, healthcare, financial services, or other SAP-heavy industries.

- UG: Any Graduate
