This role will be responsible for Databricks platform administration, governance, infrastructure automation, and multi-source data integrations while ensuring a scalable, secure, and fully observable data platform. Mosaic AI Agent Framework / Model Training Required Skills & Experience

9+ years of relevant experience

Strong hands-on experience with Databricks Platform Engineering and Administration

Strong experience with Databricks on AWS, including Delta Lake and S3

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

Experience working within a Medallion Architecture framework

Experience with model monitoring, alerting, and pipeline observability

Solid documentation and communication skills

Ability to quickly integrate into an existing team and architecture

Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and security best practices in cloud environments
