Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI/ML models for banking use cases, including data preparation, feature engineering, training, and evaluation.

Design and implement agentic AI workflows that can reason over banking data and support decisioning or automation.

Apply GenAI/LLM techniques to banking-specific tasks, including prompt/response evaluation and model performance monitoring.

Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to integrate models into backend services and analytics pipelines.

Establish experimentation frameworks, performance metrics, and model governance practices for reliable outcomes.

Skills Required





10 - 15 years of relevant experience in data science and applied AI

Data Scientist experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions

Core Banking domain knowledge (banking data, processes, and use cases)

AI/ML modeling expertise with strong evaluation and experimentation practices

Agentic AI experience building multi-step AI workflows and integrating them into practical systems

Positive to Have

Gen AI experience

LLM experience

Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
