Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with 8+ years of industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at applying machine learning, statistical analysis, and data engineering techniques to drive actionable insights and build scalable data products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve business problems through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with large, complex datasets to solve non-routine business problems using advanced analytical methods.
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, recommendation systems, and data driven solutions.
- Adept at Prompt engineering and LLM evaluations for production ready GenAI applications. Ability to deploy multimodal solutions for high accuracy and low latency outputs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights.
- Interpret and communicate results of analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Document clearly and concisely.
- Perform A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate product or process changes.
- Continuously optimize models and workflows for performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics,



Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.
- Proficiency in Python; strong knowledge of data science libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of Transformers architecture and fine tuning algorithms like LoRa, etc.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with data manipulation in large databases.
- Robust background in statistics, data modeling, and machine learning techniques. Understanding of data distributions and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with fastAPI, flask, etc for low failure and low latency production level API deployments.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in deploying models to production using tools like Docker, MLflow, or Kubernetes and cloud based AI services like Vertex AI, etc.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Exposure to MLOps and model monitoring pipelines.
- Research experience or publishing your past work in recognized journals.
