Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics team in Gurugram, where you will spearhead the development of next-generation AI solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data architecture and actionable business intelligence, working closely with cross-functional product teams and senior stakeholders to solve high-impact problems.

You will be responsible for designing and deploying sophisticated models that leverage Agentic AI frameworks to automate decision-making processes. By transforming raw data into strategic assets, you will directly influence our product roadmap and drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience. This is a high-visibility position for a technical leader who thrives on building scalable solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Python to solve complex business challenges and optimize internal workflows.
- Integrate Agentic AI frameworks to create autonomous systems that enhance decision-making capabilities for our core product offerings.
- Deploy and manage scalable data models within the Azure cloud ecosystem to ensure high availability and performance for global stakeholders.




- Collaborate with engineering and business units to translate ambiguous requirements into technical specifications that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical culture by promoting best practices in model governance, code quality, and experimental design.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python-based machine learning and statistical modeling, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions.
- Hands-on experience in designing and orchestrating Agentic AI workflows, showcasing the ability to build systems that reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging Azure cloud services for data storage, model training, and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, strategic insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurugram, balancing independent research with collaborative team-based problem solving.
- A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- Minimum 6 to 11 years of professional experience in data science roles, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of technical growth and project ownership.
