Responsibility:

- Modernize the Dell Online Support experience through advanced AI models.
- Support the development and implementation of machine learning models.
- Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) for cutting-edge solutions.
- Analyze and prepare data for model training.
- Conduct statistical experiments and evaluate results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven features.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as nltk and spacy.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
