Description

As a Data Scientist I, you will be a key member of our Analytics, Insights, and Innovation team, working closely with various business units to provide data-driven insights and solutions.

Your role will involve developing and implementing analytical models, leveraging AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems, and driving data-centric decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data-driven models and algorithms to support business decision-making.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical methodologies.
- Build scalable analytical workflows and ensure data integrity and security.
- Conduct statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and forecasting to support business planning.
- Implement classification and regression models for various business use cases.
- Explore and apply Generative AI and LLM techniques to solve business problems.
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards to communicate insights.




- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and AI technologies.

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in data science or AI/ML-focused roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with expertise in data wrangling and handling large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with data science frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning, and model evaluation techniques.
- Exposure to Generative AI, prompt engineering, and practical AI applications.
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven innovation.
- Effective communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
