Role Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with a strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The role involves developing AI-driven engineering solutions, LLM/RAG-based workflows, and automation tools while collaborating with global engineering and digital design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy ML, DL, and Generative AI solutions for engineering applications.

Design and implement LLM and RAG-based workflows.

Build Python-based engineering automation tools and scripts.

Explore emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to engineering products.

Collaborate with global digital engineering teams on innovation initiatives.

Participate in internal innovation programs and technology development activities.





Learn and apply internal engineering systems, processes, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills

Basic understanding of Physics and Mechanical Engineering concepts (Structural, Thermal, and Fluid Flow).

Experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG-based solution development.

Solid Python programming and engineering automation experience.

Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of CAD tools: AutoCAD, Creo, CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks.

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink.

Exposure to VBA or C#.

Understanding of Digital Engineering or Engineering Simulation workflows.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related engineering disciplines
