Role Description The Data Science Trainer role is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The trainer will design and deliver data science curriculum, including topics such as statistics, programming fundamentals, data analysis, machine learning concepts, and real-world project work. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practical exercises and assignments, conducting classroom sessions and labs, mentoring learners on projects, and assessing their performance through quizzes and evaluations.

The trainer will collaborate with the training team to update course content, integrate industry-relevant case studies, and ensure that learners gain applied skills aligned with current data science practices.



Additional responsibilities may involve providing feedback to improve training programs, supporting placement readiness through interview preparation, and maintaining accurate training records.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Science Education with the ability to connect data science concepts to scientific thinking and real-world applications.

Solid background in Mathematics, including statistics, probability, linear algebra, and related quantitative skills relevant to data science.

Experience teaching Physics or related technical subjects that demonstrate capability to explain complex concepts clearly and logically.

Qualified Teacher with proven Lesson Planning skills, able to design structured, outcome-focused data science modules and assessments.

Proficiency in data science tools and languages (e.g., Python/R, libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and familiarity with datasets and visualization tools.

Prior experience in classroom or corporate training, with strong presentation, facilitation, and learner engagement skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt explanations for different skill levels.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Ability to work collaboratively with academic and technical teams, show patience and empathy toward learners, and maintain professional conduct.
