Role Overview

As a Data Science & Generative AI Trainer, you will lead live learning sessions, mentor students throughout their learning journey, and contribute to building a world-class curriculum aligned with current industry practices.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy sharing knowledge, building hands-on learning experiences, and helping learners launch successful careers in Data Science and AI.

What You'll Do

Deliver High Impact Learning

- Conduct engaging live online sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Break down complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand lessons.
- Facilitate interactive coding sessions, workshops, and project reviews.

Mentor Future AI Professionals

- Guide students through assignments, capstone projects, and real-world case studies.
- Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions to support technical and growth opportunities.
- Review code, provide actionable feedback, and help learners overcome technical challenges.

Design Industry Relevant Curriculum

- Build and continuously improve curriculum aligned with current hiring trends.
- Create hands-on labs, coding exercises, assessments, and project-based learning experiences.
- Incorporate emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices into the learning journey.

Collaborate & Innovate

- Work closely with the academic and product teams to enhance learner outcomes.




- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, LLMs, and Data Science to keep the curriculum current.
- Contribute ideas that improve engagement, completion rates, and placement readiness.

What we are looking for

Experience

- 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
- Experience delivering technical training, mentoring, or coaching learners is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio of real-world Data Science or AI projects.
