Role Description This full-time, on-site Data Manager role is based in Canada and supports Canada opportunity-related immigration services.

The Data

Manager will oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of client and application data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include updating client records, tracking application statuses, generating reports for internal teams, and coordinating data flow between consultants and operations staff.



The role also involves identifying data trends to support decision-making, implementing data quality controls, and working closely with management to improve data processes and tools.

Qualifications

Strong skills in data management and data entry, with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records.

Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and basic data analysis tools to track and report on client and application information.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with immigration consultants, operations, and management teams.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to identify data issues and improve processes.

Prior experience in an immigration, legal, consulting, or similar service-oriented workplace is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in data management, information systems, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
