As a Data Mapping Analyst - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Guidewire software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your understanding of business application consulting within our Advisory practice to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives. You will apply a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. By developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement and support Guidewire software solutions

- Providing training and guidance for seamless integration of business applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Applying business analysis skills to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and enhance personal growth
- Leveraging Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications to support client objectives
- Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others in achieving project goals
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Embracing change and utilizing creativity to generate innovative solutions What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, Statistics
- At least one of the following: Guidewire and Scrum Master Certification
- Utilizing Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and InsuranceSuite effectively
- Demonstrating proficiency in Insurance Consulting and Insurance Rating Software
- Excelling in analytical thinking and business analysis
- Navigating complex situations with intellectual curiosity and learning agility
