Assignment descriptionSummaryA Microsoft 365 Automation & Graph API Engineer is sought to design, build, and support automation solutions that seamlessly integrate Excel data with Microsoft Whiteboard. This role primarily focuses on automating the generation of Microsoft Whiteboard sticky notes (Post-it notes) from Excel data utilizing Power Automate and Microsoft Graph APIs.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement automated workflows to migrate Excel data to Microsoft Whiteboard as individual Post-it notes.Develop Power Automate cloud flows to read, process, and transform Excel data stored in SharePoint or OneDrive.Integrate Microsoft Power Automate with Microsoft Graph APIs, including Whiteboard APIs.Configure and manage Azure AD App Registrations for secure API access.Implement REST API calls using OAuth 2.0 authentication.Ensure scalability and performance for large datasets (100 rows/cells).Design logic for object positioning and layout in Microsoft Whiteboard.Implement error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms for automation flows.Collaborate with stakeholders to convert manual processes into automated solutions.Document solution design, user guides,



and operational runbooks.Support ongoing improvements, enhancements, and troubleshooting.Key Requirements:Experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows)Ability to read and process data from Excel Online (Business)Knowledge of Microsoft Graph REST APIsExperience creating and testing HTTP/API callsUnderstanding of Azure AD (Entra ID) App RegistrationsExperience managing API permissions and OAuth 2.0 authenticationAbility to work with JSON data structuresFamiliarity with SharePoint Online and OneDrive for BusinessBasic understanding of Microsoft Whiteboard or similar collaboration toolsAbility to design automation for bulk data processing (100 records)Nice to Have:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field3–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 automation or integration developmentExperience in enterprise-scale automation projects preferredOther Details:Work from home flexibility and potential for contract duration are available based on project requirements.
