- 5-10 years of overall experience.
- Knowledge in data governance, data quality, data migration/lineage, data preparation, and/or data architecture.
- Understanding of Data Governance (DG) and Data Reliability Engineering (DRE) in overall implementation.
- Proficiency in identifying key data points for Data Governance (DG).
- Understanding of Critical Data Elements (CDE) and their implications.
- Knowledge of data classification, protection, and retention.
- Experience in setting up data masking protection.
- Familiarity with Metadata Management and harvesting schema/tables on Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC).
- Ability to build technical/business/catalog lineage for the end-to-end flow of attributes.
- Experience in building workflows on Data Intelligence Cloud (DIC).
- Proficiency in data quality rule creation and understanding data quality dimensions.
- Experience with Collibra Data Quality (DQ)

- Strong SQL skills for data quality checks and extracting reports from Metastore Database.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with technical and business stewards for requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of industry-standard data governance frameworks and data-related regulations.
- Experience in master data management, database, and custom data warehouse design, testing, development, and architecture.
- Project management and business process design knowledge.
- Ability to manage competing priorities on concurrent large, complex projects.
