Role Description The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at our Chonburi, Thailand office. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and spreadsheets, ensuring information is complete and current. Daily tasks include verifying data from source documents, correcting inconsistencies, organizing records, and generating basic reports as needed.

The Data Entry

Specialist collaborates with administrative and customer service teams, responds to data-related inquiries, and follows established procedures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.



The role may also involve assisting with routine office tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and coordinating information with other departments.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and Computer Literacy for accurate and efficient data entry.

Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to data-related queries.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal and external stakeholders courteously and effectively.

Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to manage records, organize documents, and support routine office operations.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.

Ability to follow standardized procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, IT, or related fields is an advantage.
