Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within company systems and databases Verify, validate, and review data received from customers and internal teams Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and consistency reviews Generate routine reports, summaries,



and management dashboards Maintain spreadsheets and assist in data analysis activities Coordinate with internal teams to obtain and verify information Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues when required Support software implementation and data migration projects Ensure confidentiality and security of business and customer data Follow company processes, standards, and quality guidelines Required Skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Typing speed of 30 WPM Good knowledge of: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Experience working with large datasets and spreadsheets Understanding of data entry, validation, and quality processes Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Valuable verbal and written communication skills Good to Have Skills Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Data Filtering Basic Formulas Experience with ERP or CRM applications Exposure to reporting and data analysis Knowledge of databases and data management concepts Interest in shipping, logistics, or enterprise software products Qualification &
