? Hiring: Data Entry Operator – Billing

? Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Handle daily billing and data entry operations accurately and efficiently

✅ Prepare invoices, bills, purchase entries, and maintain proper billing records

✅ Enter and update customer, sales, and transaction data in the system

✅ Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payment records, and stock details

✅ Perform data verification and ensure accuracy in billing entries

✅ Generate reports using Excel and accounting software whenever required

✅ Coordinate with accounts, sales, and warehouse departments for billing-related activities

✅ Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner

✅ Ensure timely completion of billing and reporting tasks

✅ Assist in basic accounting and administrative work as assigned by management

Skills Required:

✔ Robust knowledge of MS Excel and Tally (Mandatory)





✔ Good typing speed with high accuracy

✔ Basic accounting and billing knowledge

✔ Attention to detail and record management skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

✔ Good communication and coordination abilities

Eligibility:

? Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Graduate preferred

?‍? Experience in billing, data entry, or back-office operations will be an added advantage

? Candidates familiar with accounting software and invoice management preferred
