Job Responsibilities:

A data entry supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of data entry operators, while a loading and unloading supervisor manages the loading and unloading of goods:

- Data entry supervisor

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of data entry operators, including:

- Supervising shifts and directing shift supervisors

- Recruiting, selecting, training, and evaluating staff

- Preparing and monitoring the departmental budget

- Reviewing documents and materials to be input

- Ensuring data entry devices are clean and maintained

- Evaluating machine capabilities and recommending upgrades or purchases

- Loading and unloading supervisor

Responsible for the loading and unloading of goods, including:

- Checking and tracking inbound or outbound goods

- Recording information regarding the shipment of goods

- Allocating work to loaders and unloaders

- Supervising the loading and unloading of goods

- Inspecting the work area and warehouse facilities and equipment periodically
