Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather data from multiple sources (databases, CRM, surveys, third-party tools) and ensure data accuracy and integrity

- Clean, organize, and validate data sets for analysis

- Build dashboards and reports using Excel/Power BI/Tableau to track key business metrics

- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand data requirements

- Present findings and actionable insights to management through clear reports and visualizations

- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements

- Maintain documentation of data processes, definitions, and reporting standards

- Ensure compliance with data governance and confidentiality policies





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (preferred, not mandatory)

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to Have

- Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing concepts

- Knowledge of statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, etc.)

- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
